" A beautifully presented and stylish semi detached mature home situated in the desirable village of Shillingstone, close to the primary school and within walking distance of the village centre and playing fields. We believe that the property was built in the 1950's for the local authority and as such offers well built and good proportioned accommodation. The house has been home to our seller for the last three years, during which time, a fair few improvements have been made, including new carpets, woodworm treatment and new bathroom suite fitted, plus new shed roof. The property also benefits from cavity wall insulation which was carried out after the energy performance was done. In addition, there is gas fired central heating via radiators and double glazed windows and Upvc external doors. This charming home does need to be viewed to fully appreciate the feel and layout it offers and just how it would fit in with the next owners lifestyle. In brief, the accommodation on the ground floor consists of entrance hall, sitting room with French doors to the garden, open plan dining room and kitchen, rear lobby with access to the drive and to the garage, a combined cloakroom and utility room and a useful further reception room which could be used as a study, bedroom four or hobby room. On the first floor there is a good sized landing with wonderful view of the hills and countryside, bathroom and three generously sized bedrooms, two with open cupboards. Outside there is gated off road parking for at least four cars, a large single garage and decent sized well planned garden with separate vegetable plot and shed.
