" An extremely well maintained mature semi detached home set in grounds of about half an acre boasting fabulous rural views and located in the small village of Lydlinch which lies just three miles outside of the market town of Sturminster Newton and Stalbridge - Dorset's smallest town - in the opposite direction. We believe that the property was built towards the end of the 1940's and has been a family home since then to two generations. During this time the property has been very much cherished and improved with the addition of a single storey extension to the side creating a large combined kitchen and dining room. The property also benefits from oil fired central heating via radiators, has either Upvc double or triple glazed windows and doors and is on mains drainage. A viewing is strongly advised to fully appreciate this comfortable family home with its easy to use layout and wonderful views.

In brief, the ground floor accommodation consists of light and welcoming entrance hall with storage cupboard, sitting room, combined kitchen and dining room with some built in appliances, further reception room with flexible usage - currently used as a snug and boasting French doors to the rear garden, cloakroom and useful porch. On the first floor there is the bathroom and four bedrooms, two of which are of a double size and all benefiting from some degree of countryside view. Outside there is gated parking for at least four cars and a large rear garden - mostly laid to lawn with potential for life stock or just a space for children and pets to let off steam.
