" A modern three storey family town house situated in the popular Dorset town of Sturminster Newton. The property was constructed in 2008 by Wimpey Homes and benefits from the remainder of an NHBC certificate. Spacious accommodation comprises sitting room, kitchen/diner, five bedrooms, en suite facilities to master bedroom, separate shower room and bathroom, double glazed windows and doors, rear garden, allocated parking space and single garage. AMENITIES:    The pretty market town of Sturminster Newton is situated in the Blackmore Vale area between Sherborne and Blandford Forum. A 15th century medieval bridge crosses the river Stour giving access into the town. Features include the Sturminster Newton Water Mill with its impressive Weir. There are also ruins of a small 14th century castle on the Newton side of the river and within the town there is a wide range of architecturally interesting and thatched timber buildings. The White Hart Inn is a 18th century thatched building and the Church of St Mary built in 1486 is well worth a visit. The town has a local museum, a number of public houses, restaurants and cafes, plus plenty of accommodation for visitors, a variety of shops and the town provides primary school and secondary school at Sturminster Newton High, local nursery groups and various local activities. Transport links include railway station at Gillingham and Temple Combe.
