" Crofts Estate Agents are pleased to bring to market this good sized semi-detached house in a poplar part of Cleethorpes. With two good sized reception rooms and three bedrooms this property would make a lovely family home. Offered for sale with NO FORWARD CHAIN, the property is in need of modernisation, but has had new windows fitted in 2010 and has a combi boiler and a full central heating system. Both downstairs reception rooms have a large bay window and to the rear are sports fields so the property should never be over looked.
