Sturton-Le-Steeple is located approximately 4 miles from the market town of Retford and approximately 8 miles from the town of Gainsborough. The village hosts a few amenities with a public house and is close to the village of North Leverton which also has a shop, doctors and schooling.

Early viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the size and quality of the property on offer. From the office turn left at the crossroads and take a right hand turning at the next crossroads and continue forward for approximately 4 miles entering into the village of North Leverton. Turn left at the crossroad signposted Sturton-Le-Steeple and continue ahead for approximately 1.5 miles entering into the village where the property can be found on the right hand side visible by the Your Move for sale sign.
