A block paved pathway to the right aspect leads through personnel gates to the rear. The landscaped garden to the rear is a good size, and incorporates an extensive block paved patio area adjacent to the rear entrances from the garden room and conservatory ideal for al fresco dining. A large summer house is situated on the southern boundary with power and light within. The lawns flow from the patio down to the eastern boundary that is bordered by a stream contributory of the River Idle beyond. A raised decked area of the north boundary incorporates a heated plunge pool; a garden shed houses the pool filtration plant. There is also a fish pond to the edge of the patio area containing koi. To the lower lawned area through gates in the timber fencing, there is access to a timber cabin which has been used as a party room with a main vaulted roofed room measuring 3.8m x 3.4m, a kitchen measuring 2.17m x 1.25m; power and light are provided. There is no water supply or drains connected to the cabin. To the rear of the cabin there is a further garden area leading down to the stream that could be cultivated for a vegetable garden.
