" Mill End is an extensive, striking and well designed property in an idyllic conservation village about 3 miles to the market towns of Masham and Bedale. Set in stunningly designed gardens with a stone barn/workshop/garage, summerhouse and quirky pig sty; all in excess of 1800 sq ft living space.

An Air Source Heat Pump fitted in 2018 using renewable heat technology, provides central heating and hot water. The government renewable heat incentive grant of over ?400 a quarter is received and is transferable to the new owner ending late 2025.


Interior

This unique elevated split level home incorporates a spacious open plan ground floor studio with lots of storage, an adjoining kitchenette, cloaks and contemporary ensuite shower room with large low threshold walk-in shower. The village is close to the market towns of Bedale, Masham and Ripon for shopping, medical and leisure activities, with golf, swimming, horse riding, fishing and gyms nearby.

The Well Village Association brings the community together with many activities taking place throughout the year. Good walking, cycling and the nearby nature reserve at Nosterfield are within a gentle stroll across the fields. Thorp Perrow Arboretum, Fountains Abbey, Jervaulx, historic houses and gardens all within an easy drive.
