Bedale
Bedale is a market town that provides all local services, including a weekly market on Tuesdays, primary and econdary schools and leisure and professional facilities. The area also provides a vast range of traditional country ctivities including scenic walks, golf courses and country sports.

The A1(M) (2 miles) is the main route connecting the north east to London and Edinburgh together with Northallerton main line railway station (9 miles) and Durham Tees Valley Airport (27 miles).

East View
East View is a charming Victorian semi detached property enjoying an elevated position just south of Bedale market place with its Georgian facades and market cross. Built in 1909 as a pair of cottages by two brothers whose coat of arms adorns the portico over the front door.
