The Area

Leeming Village is situated in the accessible location between Leeming Bar and the village of Londonderry, close to the market towns of Bedale and Northallerton.

There are a range of community services with primary school, church, village hall and good local bus service. The larger towns of Bedale and Northallerton offer a wider range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities.

There are good commuting links with the close by A1(M) being the main route connecting the North east to London and Edinburgh. Northallerton main line railway station and Durham Tees Valley Airport are within easy reach.

Follow the road along past the industrial estate until you reach the next mini roundabout with ?Simply Dutch? on your right hand side. Continue straight over the roundabout and take the immediate left turning on to Leeming Lane. Continue on this road over Bedale Beck, on to Roman Road and past the garage. The property is located shortly after the garage on the right hand side.
