" West Park has been increasing in popularity since building commenced on the development in 2002. Since then the development has become it's own little community and is now host to 3 super markets, a pub, a cafe, a hair salon, a chemist and a dental surgery. The easy access to such amenities along with the reputation of being a safe and friendly place to live has made the West park development one of the most popular locations in the town for families and retirees alike. This smart 3 bedroom bungalow is positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac on the development.

While there is often a misconception that new-build properties being restrictive on space, the same could not be said for this beautiful home.

A modern white gloss kitchen flows through to open-plan living/dining area. Large patio doors to the rear flood this space with light and give a bright airy feel. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and the master bedroom benefits from en-suite shower room, while the family bathroom boasts a large corner bath tub.

This property provides all the style and modern comforts of a new-build property but provides the generous proportions of a property twice it's age. The detached garage provides further storage and parking space - I'm sure you're thinking this all seems too good to be true, but it's not.

This property has been lived in and loved by it's current owners since it was first built 5 years ago who would be the first to admit that they got lucky finding such a fantastic property.

They love: the generous room sizes, making it the ideal please for children and grandchildren to visit.

We love: the location is fabulous, there is everything you could need just a stones throw away and the transport links to the town centre or A1 are fantastic.
