" Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Bishop Auckland you will find this beautifully presented and extended family home with living accommodation generously spread out over three floors.

Step in to the entrance hall with tiled flooring, bespoke under stairs storage cupboards and doorway in to the calm and relaxing lounge at the front of the property.

Enter the door at the end of the hall in to an amazing breakfast kitchen with the "wow" factor. Like the rest of the downstairs the floor is fully tiled with underfloor heating in the extension. This high end designer kitchen is fitted with cream shaker style units all around the edge of the room creating so much storage and with granite worktops the high end finish continues. The centre piece is the magnificent island unit with breakfast bar for the family to gather around. Everywhere you look you are taken by the amount of appliances generously doted around including a Rangemaster cooker, built-in microwave oven, built-in wine cooler, two sinks, instant hot water tap, American style fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the breakfast kitchen a part glazed door opens in to the dining room with plenty of space for a dining table to accommodate large family gatherings. This room has been extended and opens through in to a snug. This is bathed in light from French doors, that overlook the rear garden, and a stylish skylight above. The current owners use this as a tv room for googleboxing and generally chilling out with underfloor heating keeping it nice and toasty.

Go upstairs to the first floor landing where the master bedroom with en-suite shower room provides a peaceful haven to escape to after a busy day. There are also three other bedrooms, two of which are doubles, all with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom with its jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity sink unit and toilet provides a room to refresh, relax and unwind.

Go up the stairs again to find two further double bedrooms with walk in dormer windows with far reaching views. These bedrooms are served by their own family shower room. So with the three bathrooms and downstairs toilet there`s no need for queues in the morning rush.

To the rear is a lawned garden. To the front is a driveway with parking for two cars plus a single integral garage.
