" A two bedroom end terraced house situated in the semi-rural village of Butterknowle. Newly decorated and carpeted. Briefly the accommodation comprises: hall, living room and kitchen to the ground floor. Whilst to the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Externally to the front of the property there is a wall enclosed garden, to the rear an enclosed yard and to the side is a detached garage. The property is situated in the village of Butterknowle with its local amenities including post office, public house, primary school, village hall and doctors surgery. The neighbouring towns of Barnard Castle and Bishop Auckland are within short commuting distance providing a wider selection of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare services and high street shops. Entrance Double gazed door to the front elevation, with stairs to the first floor and door leading to kitchen Kitchen Two double glazed windows to front elevation, a range a wall and base units, electric oven, oil fired boiler and under stair storage cupboard Living Room French doors to rear elevation, double glazed window to rear, double radiator, electric fire with surround . Bedroom 1 Double glazed window to rear elevation and double radiator Bathroom Shower cubicle with mains fedshower, opaque double glazed window, WC and hand wash basin.. Storage cupboard. Early Termination (Tenant‘s Request) - Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord‘s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy. Commencement The property is available for immediate occupation.
