It is ideally suited for a single person or couple but would also accommodate a small family. Set in the village of Frosterley, a real escape to the country and offering good local amenities - shops and schools - and infrastructure - regular bus links to Crook, Bishop Auckland, Durham and Darlington.

The property comprises:

- A living room with dining alcove leading on to..

- A kitchen fitted with wall & floor units of Tewkesbury oak and having a built in gas hob and electric oven

- The first floor has one double and one single bedroom. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and additional low level storage
