The Area
Stainton Grove is a residential area on the fringe of Barnard Castle and superbly located for access to the historic market town. The new Hub complex is close at hand, offering outdoor activities along with a caf?, hairdressers and spa.

Barnard Castle supports a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities and is dominated by the castle ruins and river Tees with many renowned beauty spots being within a short drive.

For the commuter the A66, A67 and A1 (M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.
