The Area

Birch Road is situated parallel to Newgate, within level walking distance of the town centre. Barnard Castle is an historic market town supporting a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities, dominated by the Castle Ruins, Bowes Museum and River Tees.

Externally

The property is approached via a metal gate which leads into a small forecourt having a path leading to the front door.
