Barnard Castle is a popular market town situated in the picturesque Teesdale Valley and has a good range of local amenities including shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and well respected schools. The town is home to the prestigious Bowes Museum and has a leisure and gold course and is conveniently located close to the A66. Entrance Hallway: Providing access to the apartment. Entrance Reception Providing access to all rooms with radiator, storage cupboard and security telephone entry system Sitting Room: 4.70m x 3.28m Radiator and telephone point. Kitchen: 2.68m x 2.59m Fitted kitchen with a selection of wall and base units, integrated washing machine, built-in oven and hob with extractor fan over, space for fridge/freezer and radiator.
