Barnard Castle
Woodside is an established and highly sought after residential locality less than a n++ of a mile from the centre of this historic market town. Situated on the fringe and bordered by Flatts Wood, it is a convenient yet tranquil location and there are walks through the woods down to the river Tees.

Barnard Castle supports a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities. Further steps lead down to the lowest part of the garden which again is planted with a variety of trees and shrubs and a further timber garden shed. There is the possibility to access Flatts Wood from the lower tier of the garden.

Directions
From the centre of Barnard Castle proceed along Flatts Road (beside the post office) bearing around to the left onto Raby Avenue. Take the second turning on the right hand side into Cecil Road and proceed up to the subsequent T junction, turning to the left onto Woodside. Continue straight ahead where the subject property will be found shortly on the left hand side.
