The Area
Middleton in Teesdale is a large village supporting a traditional range of amenities including primary school, doctor?s surgery, public houses along with a range of shops and tea rooms plus a small supermarket. There is also a church, chapel and petrol filling station.

The nearby historic market town of Barnard Castle provides a broader range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities and there are links with the major commercial centres of the North East via the A66, A67 and A1 (M).

Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.

Many renowned beauty spots are close at hand beyond which can be found the delights of North Yorkshire, the Lake District, Northumberland and the East Coast.


The Property

There is space for a family dining table and chairs, stone flagged floor and French doors which lead out to the enclosed rear courtyard.

To the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom/WC.

The master bedroom lies to the rear of the property and is a generous double room having a decorative cast iron fire place and window which enjoys views over the rear courtyard and to the scenery beyond.

The second bedroom is a further double room which lies to the front of the property. The third bedroom is a single room which also lies to the front of the property.

The bathroom has wooden panelling to dado level and is fitted with a freestanding cast iron bath, WC and hand wash basin.


Externally
The property is set back behind a small forecourt garden which is laid to lawn with flower borders. A path leads up to the front door as well as the shared ginnel.

To the rear of the property is an enclosed block paved courtyard which can be access from the kitchen via French doors, there are well stocked flower beds and a wrought iron gate which leads out to the back lane.

Across the lane is a further block paved courtyard which has ample space for outdoor furniture and access to the useful stone outbuilding. If desired there is the option to park a vehicle on the courtyard.

The ginnel running through the Terrace does not form part of the title. However, 3 Wesley Terrace enjoys a right of access through the ginnel to the rear of the property.


Directions
From the centre of Barnard Castle proceed up Galgate turning left onto Harmire Road after approximately half a mile. Continue out of town past the golf club, over Folly Top and through Eggleston.

Continue into Middleton in Teesdale and on passing the Co-op turn right into Wesley Terrace where the subject property will be found shortly on the right hand side.
