" The School House, as its name suggests, was once the village school for Skeeby, erected in 1839 with later additions in 1891, it provided classroom facilities for the local children and residential accommodation for the School Mistress who lived on the premises, it was formally closed in 1946. The two properties have been combined into one substantial home with immense character and due to its layout, by retaining the two staircases, this property has great flexibility of use and together with a building plot to the left, it could easily be extended if need be, subject to the usual consents.
