" Located off Barmpton Lane, this property is in need of modernisation, however, is ideal for the family buyer as it benefits from three large double bedrooms, spacious living accommodation, beautiful south-facing rear garden and off-street parking to the front leading towards the single garage. Beech Road is a quiet cul-de-sac, ideally placed for commuting as it is close to the A66 and within ten minutes' drive to the A1 north and south. Internal viewing will reveal the property has double-glazed windows throughout, however, the central heating system could benefit from being upgraded.

This property is for sale by the Modern Method of Auction which is not to be confused with traditional auction. The Modern Method of Auction is a flexible buyer friendly method of purchase.
