" A well-presented, extended, three-bedroomed semi-detached house with a garage, a conservatory and a lawned rear garden, situated within this popular location in Shotley Bridge. The house has uPVC double glazing and gas central heating with accommodation comprising: entrance lobby, hallway cloakroom/W.C., living room with bay window, dining room with doors to rear conservatory (installed in 2005), extended fitted kitchen with a door to the utility room which has a further door for access to the integral garage. To the first floor, the landing - with a stained glass arched window - leads to two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom. There is a block-paved driveway and small front garden with a path to the side leading to the lawned rear garden where there is a also access to a cellar for storage.
