Area    Belmont is situated approximately three miles East of Durham City and has a range of amenities within the village centre ranging from a convenience store, take away restaurants and a library. Within approximately two miles there is a Supermarket and retail park. The village is well serviced by public transport and is situated a short drive from the A1(M) trunk road making it ideally suited to those who commute. Local schools include Belmont Community park, st. Thomas primary school and Cheverley park primary school.

External    To the front the property has a walled and gated garden with a paved driveway leading down the side of the house towards the dethatched garage sand back door. To the rear there is a large raised decking area which leads down to the fully enclosed rear lawn.

Hallway    Coming in from the front door the hall provides access to the first floor and living room through the internal door.
