" Grade II Listed family home, set over three stories. The accommodation briefly consists of a porch, hallway, sittingroom, kitchen, dining room, WC and utility to the ground floor. To the first floor, we find a shower room, bedroom/study and huge drawing room. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms and a further family bathroom. The loft space has been boarded, with scope for conversion if desired. Externally, the house benefits one allocated parking bays to the front (no permit is necessary to park here). There is one additional parking bay to the side of thehouse (no permit is necessary to park here), and finally there are double gates leading up to a fantastic detached double garage, where three further parking areas can be found. To the front, in true Georgian style there is a small courtyard surrounding the front door, with wrought iron fence and gate. To the rear, we find a stunning secret garden, which has to be seen to be appreciated.
