Description    Delighted to offer to the market we have this spacious five bedroom, three public room family home within the sought after village of Palnackie.

The accommodation comprises entrance porch into the inner hall where we have a small cloakroom wc. From the hall you have access into the front facing living room with wood burner. The other side of the hall there is the fitted kitchen breakfast room which benefits from having access into the open plan dining room. From both the kitchen and the living room we enter a large conservatory which overlooks and has access into the rear garden. Completing the ground floor is the utility room within the conservatory.

The village is also known for its historic harbour that is to the bottom end of the village. Close by is the market town of Castle Douglas offering wider range of shops and services. Dalbeattie is only 3 miles away and the whole area is renowned for its natural beauty, outdoor pursuits and facilities.
