Set in the beautiful seaside village of Kippford, with magnificent views over the estuary, the hills beyond and farmland to the rear. The villages of Kippford and Rockcliffe form the premier residential coastal area in Dumfries and Galloway. Much of this area of outstanding beauty is under the ownership of the National Trust for Scotland. Kippford is a picturesque sailing village and popular holiday destination which is situated four miles from Dalbeattie. The village is home to the Solway Yacht Club and benefits from two hotels which offer food and accommodation as well as a shop and marine Chandlers. The surrounding area offers a wide range of country pursuits to include: sailing, horse riding, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, shooting and numerous coastal and woodland walks as well as the sandy beaches, rocky coves and hidden caves waiting to be explored.

Head out of Dalbeattie along the A710 for approximately 4 miles. When you reach Barnbarroch there is a turning to the right signposted for Kippford. Take this road and as you continue down the hill into Kippford, turning right near the bottom of the hill opposite the yacht club. continue along into the scheme and the property sits back on the right in a small cul de sac.
