" A spacious family home situated in the centre of Langholm and within close proximity to a wide range of local amenities, facilities, schools and health centre. Buccleuch House is traditionally built with three double bedrooms, large living room, galley kitchen and bathroom. There is a cellar which has a listed arch structure and to the rear is an enclosed garden and patio area.

Entrance Vestibule 5'8" by 4'9" (1m 72cm x 1m 45cm)

Entrance to the property is through a UPVC double glazed door into the fully carpeted Vestibule with centre light and cupboard housing the electric utilities and fuse box. A fully glazed entrance way with twelve panelled glazed door and side panels lead into the hallway.

The carpeted hallway has doors leading to the living room and a storage cupboard with access to the cellar. There is a radiator, centre light and smoke detector. Stairs with hand rail lead to the rear door with access to the enclosed garden and patio area.
