A modern tastfully decorated three bedroom terraced house, on a small cul de sac in Heanor, which is close to schools and only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The property provides on street parking to the front, which has had new windows and doors to the majority of the home, giving it extra warmth and security. You can enter the property via the front or the back, on entering from the front, you are straight into the first reception room, that consists of laminate flooring, wall lights and a fixed ceiling pendant, there is a window to the front, and a door then leading to the second reception room, which we currently use as a living room, but has been used as a dining room before, and works well for both. The ceiling and wall lights match the first reception room, the layout of the room consists of a quaint fireplace feature, an under stairs cupboard, and a fitted cupboard, and the stairs come down from the landing into this room, and are open. At the far end of the room are 2 doors, one leads to the porch, which is the back entrance to the property, the porch has a sensor light, which helps when going on the back when dark, the outside of the house is private and easy to maintain, with decking, slabbing, stone, and a shed. There is a gate to the top, side and bottom, with high fencing for privacy, also a shared path accessible by one of the gates, which we use to bring the bins down, also has a sensor security light down the side of the house. The kitchen is off the second reception room, and is beautifully tiled in elegant black, grey and white mosaic shading style, with black units to both the walls and floor, with spot lights to provide the lighting. The oven and hob is separate, having a gas hob and electric oven, there is then room for under counter fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, which are all in currently. Off the kitchen is a shower room, with a good sized cubicle shower, toilet, sink, and 3 stylish units. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and the landing which has an automatic sensor light. The master bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and a storage cupboard, which also houses the combi boiler, all the bedrooms have laminate flooring, and the 2 front bedrooms have tilt and turn windows above the radiators. At the end of the landing, you can access the large loft via a solid spring assisted pull down  wooden loft ladder, having been boarded, insulated and carpeted, which can be used as another room, or as a convenient storage space, or both due to the size, if you so wish. The property consists of laminate flooring throughout the property, which is especially helpful if you have a furry friend, and classy Nickel matching sockets and light switches in all rooms. The low maintenance garden is decked, and has a patio area for all those sunny days.
