This property is located close to the centre of Ilkeston town. It is a large market town and lies on the banks of the river Erewash which features a large town centre with all the shops and facilities you could need. The town is close to both Derby and Nottingham and has great access to the M1 and other road networks. Access to the beautiful Derbyshire countryside is easy with its numerous tourist attractions and fantastic open views.
