Semi-rural, village edge location with stunning views over the Chevin in the desirable older north end of the village.

Very peaceful cul-de-sac private road with excellent access for country walks.

The outstanding Ecclesbourne school is a short walk to the village centre. Duffield train station on the main line is close by, as is the main bus route into Derby making it a very well connected location.

The house is a fully modernised 1927 semi-detached property with full double glazing, wood laminate flooring throughout, full gas central heating and good sized bedrooms and bathroom. The loft is fully insulated and boarded. The seperate garage has an inspection pit with lighting, high capacity electrical sockets and a workbench.

Outside, the front has a block paved seating area surrounded by hedging which catches the evening sun. The tarmac driveway runs down the side of the house to give access to the garage at the rear. The rear garden is mainly bordered lawn with 2 vegetable patches and a fenced off area for poultry. There are lots of small thoughtful touches such as outside hot and cold taps, external power points and a safe fenced area for children to play.

It is the only house of 6 identical ones that make up the small road that has not been extended so has great potential for a buyer to add value to the property in this extremely desirable location.
