Off-road parking for one car (possible scope to create second). Great for someone who wants to grow their own food, keep chickens or goats. The house comes with historic documents dating it back to at least 1800 and has exposed stone walls, beams, inset windows and useful lean-to work-shop, shed and chicken coop. Buses serving Matlock, Alfreton and Clay Cross stop 2 minutes from the front door. Please note, the cottage is tucked away and hard to find, great if you want privacy and don't like cold-callers -  viewers are advised to park in the village and walk up on their first viewing.
