Directions :-

From Burton town centre, cross St Peter's Bridge and at the traffic island at the far side, turn right into Main Street, Stapenhill. This road soon becomes Rosliston Road and proceed into the village of Rosliston. After passing through the village of Rosliston, take the right hand turn at the mini island signposted Coton-In-The-Elms and follow the road into the village. Take the second right hand turn into Elms Road and then take the first left into Elmslea Avenue where number 9 can be found on the left hand side.
