" A well presented, modern town house, occupying this popular cul de sac position within the Derbyshire village of Overseal. DIRECTIOINAL NOTE The property is best approached by leaving Ashby de la Zouch on the Moira Road. Proceed through Ashby and into Overseal. At the crossroads junction with the A444, proceed straight on into Valley Road. Following the road round, take the turning into Bramble Walk where the property is located on the left hand side as donated by the agent's 'For Sale' board.
