DESCRIPTION

Continue along Hearthcote Road, past the Catchems Public House, until you come to an island. Take the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane and continue to the next island, and take the second exit onto Brunel way, De Montfort close is the first exit on the left and the property can be found in the bottom right easily identified by our Newton Fallowell for sale board.
