EXTREMELY WELL PRESENTED FAMILY HOME. This property briefly comprises of a welcoming entrance hallway, cloakroom/WC, modern fitted kitchen/dining room, lounge and study/dining room. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, a family bathroom and en suite. To the second floor there are two further bedrooms and a shower room. The property also has double glazing, gas central heating, a driveway providing off road parking and a double garage. Location

This property is situated in a housing estate in Church Gresley. The housing estate now has a local GP surgery, Sainsburys local and a few further shops and amenities. Swadlincote is approximately one mile away where there are further excellent amenities and a local cinema. There is also a bus station which gives access to neighbouring towns and the property is in a good location for local schooling.

There is a cloakroom/WC which has a wall mounted wash basin, low flush WC with tiled. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with a range of wall and base units with complimentary work surfaces. There is an integrated five ring gas hob, double electric oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge and freezer. There is a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and draining board with tiled splash backs and tiled flooring. There is a plinth kick board heater, two double glazed skylight windows, further double glazed window and doors leading out to the rear aspect. The utility room gives plumbing for a washing machine and space for further appliance with a wall mounted gas central heating boiler and door to the side elevation. The lounge has a double glazed window to the front aspect, French doors leading out to the rear patio, wall mounted radiator and fitted carpet. On the first floor the landing gives access to three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a dressing area with fitted wardrobe and an en suite shower room. on this floor there is also a family bathroom which has a three piece white suite to include panelled bath, pedestal sink and low flush w.c. To the second floor there is a skylight window and two further bedrooms and a shower room. The shower room has a shower cubicle, pedestal sink and low flush WC. Outside to the front there is landscaped garden area, driveway to the side providing off road parking for numerous vehicles and a detached double garage with up and over doors. To the rear there is a patio area, garden pond, the remainder of the garden is laid to lawn with a further decked patio and fenced boundaries.
