DESCRIPTION - GROUND FLOOR

OUTSIDE

From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, at the roundabout take the 1st left into Hearthcote Road, go past the leisure centre and continue along Hearthcote Road, proceeding straight on at the first two mini islands. At the end of Hearthcote Road, take the first exit at the island, and immediately left onto Wye Dale. Take the second turning into Lathkill Dale, follow the road to the bottom and turn right, where the property can be found on the right hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell "To Let" Board.
