" A traditional Victorian property which includes mostly double glazed windows and gas central heating.

Access is via the storm porch to the front of the property, leading to the entrance hallway with a Parquet style floor, understairs cupboard and stairs to the first floor.

A door also opens to the lounge - with a wooden framed, double glazed bay window with sash openings.

Also off the hall is the dining kitchen, recently re-fitted, there's a tiled floor, further bay window to the side forming part of the dining area. The kitchen section has a comprehensive range of wall and base units and includes a belfast sink.

To the rear of the kitchen there's a utility area and rear hall with door to the rear courtyard and garden.

The stairs from the hall lead to the first floor landing, which is split.
