" The property has gas central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout.

The property is entered via the front door to the hallway, with the study immediately off, along with stairs leading to the first floor. A door opens to the lounge. Theres also a useful understairs cupboard and an arch leading to a sitting or family area and door to the kitchen in addition to French doors to the conservatory, a privacy wall and further French Doors to the rear garden.

The dining kitchen has a number of rooms off. The main area is split into two, with a dining area and then the main kitchen area just off. The kitchen area has a good range of wall, base and display units with, stainless steel and glass extractor hood over. A door leads to the utility and guest cloaks whilst a further door opens to a "hidden room" to be used as storage!

To the first floor, the bedrooms lead off the landing. The master overlooks the rear garden and has an en-suite with shower, wc, wash basin and dorma with sloping roof.
