To the first floor, the master bedroom is located to the rear and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is also a double, with a built in wardrobe, located to the front. Bedroom three is a single to the rear, with the family bathroom completing the accommodation and having a bath with electric shower and shower screen, wash basin and WC.

OUTSIDE
The property is situated in a popular cul-de-sac on the Thorpe Downs estate in Church Gresley, and occupies a good sized plot with lawn and tandem drive to the front, leading to an integral garage, and a side gate providing access to the good sized rear garden. At the mini island turn right on to Common Road, Church Gresley and take a left hand turning past Tesco Express on to Thorpe Downs Road. Take the third turning on the right on to Silkstone Close, go left at the "T" junction where the property can be found on the left as identified by our "For Sale" board.
