Situated on a quiet, non estate street in the village of Castle Gresley, on the outskirts of Swadlincote, a busy market town in the National Forest in South Derbyshire. Well positioned for access to local amenities in Church Gresley, with full facilities on offer a short car journey away in Swadlincote, Burton on Trent or Ashby de la Zouch. Also handy for access to the A444 / M42 commuter route.

DESCRIPTION
A traditional style mid terrace house, this property has UPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout. To the front a door opens to the lounge, which in turn leads through to the dining kitchen - which has a ceramic tiled floor, good range of cream wall and base units, gas cooker and understairs storage. There are also doors off to the stairs and the rear hall. The bathroom is located off the hall and has a three piece bathroom suite with electric shower. To the first floor, both the bedrooms are doubles, one to the front the other overlooking the rear.

From our Swadlincote office, turn right into Civic Way and proceed to the island with Church Street, continuing ahead onto Derby Road and taking the right turn at traffic lights at Morrissons onto Coppice Side. Follow the road all the way to the island at Common Side, taking the third exit onto Common Side, which eventually becomes Church Street, continue past the church to the island, and proceed down Castle Road, towards the A444/Drum & Monkey pub, taking a left turn onto Princess St just after the bend, where the property is situated right hand side , towards the top of the street, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell TO LET board.
