DIRECTIONAL NOTE The property is best approached by leaving Ashby de la Zouch along the Burton Road. Continue to the roundabout and take the left hand turning towards Blackfordby. Continue into the village and take a right hand turning onto Butt Lane. At the roundabout, go straight over and along Butt Lane, where the property is situated on the right hand side as denoted by the John German 'For Sale' board.
