Your Move have pleasure in bringing to the market this four bedroom dormer bungalow situated on South Street in Woodville. This property is located in Woodville. Woodville provides access to neighbouring towns and to local schools. It is approximately one mile from Swadlincote where there are shops and supermarkets locally and a bus station.

Upon entering this property and there is a double glazed door to the front straight into the large family kitchen, the kitchen is fitted with a modern range of wall and base units with work surfaces, there is a double range style cooker with gas top and electric oven, stainless steel sink and draining board, integrated appliances are included with a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a dining area. Through then into the lounge/dining room which has double glazed window and door leading out to the rear with carpet as laid and radiators. There are two ground floor bedrooms and a family bathroom. The family bathroom is appointed with a three piece white suite comprising of pedestal sink, low flush WC and panelled bath. On the first floor the landing gives access to two bedrooms. The master bedroom is of good size with double glazed window to the rear, it has built in wardrobes to the side, dressing area and carpet as laid. The second bedroom has a double glazed skylight window and a cupboard housing a gas boiler. To the front there is gated access, parking area with gated access leading to the front garden which has a block paved patio area, lawn and a timber summerhouse. To the rear there is a patio area and timber garden shed with fence boundaries.
