" This attractive two bed semi detached villa is a real credit to the current owners. The property would suit a range of buyers but mainly the Firsts Time Buyer market as it really does tick all the boxes. Externally the property provides a driveway to the front and side of the property and can easily host two cars, a small garden to the front which is surrounded by hedge. To the rear there is a good sized garden that is enclosed and could easily house a summer house or out building of some description. Because of the position of the house extending or adding a conservatory would be a possibility. Internally the current owners decorated the entire house in 2021 and has a real modern theme running through it. On the ground level you find a super sized lounge to the front and the modern kitchen to the rear that leads to a small hallway that access two good sized cupboards and provides access to the rear garden. On the upper level you find the family bathroom which has the large walk in shower, the main bedroom to the front which is large and the 2nd double bedroom that over looks the rear.
