Location

Montrose is an attractive town midway between Dundee and Aberdeen on the north east coast. The property is situated off the Brechin Road, approximately half a mile from Montrose town centre. Facilities in the town include a mainline railway station, hospital, museum, primary schools, a high school, supermarkets and a library. Leisure facilities include two golf courses, gyms and a swimming pool. Montrose Basin is home to a Sailing Club and the Basin Wildlife Centre.
