This is an extremely spacious and adaptable detached house which enjoys a central location within the town of Montrose. The accommodation is over two levels and comprises of: five bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining/kitchen, bathroom and a shower room. There are gardens around the property with an integral garage. The property also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating and the location is particularly convenient for Montrose beach and Montrose Mid Links All in all a very nice family home indeed which viewing will confirm.

Location

Montrose is an attractive town approximately mid-way between Dundee and Aberdeen on the north east coast. Facilities in the town include a mainline railway station, hospital, medical centre and supermarkets. The property is well placed for the Links and the Links Health Centre. There are primary and secondary schools. Over the years Montrose has become popular with commuters to Aberdeen with access via the A90 or A92. For those seeking leisure pursuits, Montrose is well placed for several golf courses including two in the town. There is a sailing club at Montrose Basin where there is also a Wildlife Centre. There are two leisure centres in the town and an indoor swimming pool. Lovely beaches and walks can be found at Lunan and St. Cyrus and the Angus Glens are approximately twenty miles distant.
