" This three bedroom maisonette filled with history and character and dates back to circa 17th century and is located in Montrose town centre. Although located on the High Street, it is tucked away so the privacy will appeal to viewers who would benefit from being close to amenities as well as being private. The property requires some upgrading and would benefit from modernisation however would make an attractive family home.
