" The borders of Barnehurst are on your doorstep. This property has been partly refurbished over the past weeks giving the next buyer the chance to save money, however there is still is plenty of room for improvement in some places. Some of the property benefits from new double glazing and some is older, however it still keeps the warmth in and the noise out. Some rooms have been replastered making painting that little bit easier.Downstairs there are 2 reception rooms, so wonderful if you want 1 room for eating and 1 for the tv.The kitchen is in good condition and has a door to the rear garden.Upstairs there are 3 great size bedrooms with the usually nick named 'box room', being a pleasant size of 9'2 x 7'8, that is a little larger than the average house of its age. The other 2 rooms are both doubles, so both can hold double beds. The bathroom is also upstairs so no unpleasant trips downstairs at 2am anymore.Even though it is on a dual carriageway the house has plenty to offer. Great size rooms and loads of potential. If you get the right planning permission from the council then maybe you could apply for a drop kerb and park your car off the road.

What the Owner says:

I only bought this property a few months ago. I wanted a project to do and then move on. Onward and upwards I say. It needed loads of work and loads of tidying up, so I have partly replastered, painted some of the rooms and spent money on double glazing at the front of the property. If I was staying longer then I would do a drop kerb to the front, as I believe parking would benefit anyone.
