" Bungalows are hard to find at present. Good bungalows are like gold dust, this falls into that category. This 2 bedroom bungalow is right on the borders of Barnehurst, tucked away nicely in a quiet cul de sac.I would say that this road is sought after, but not many people know about it because you have probably driven past it a thousand times and not even known the road exists. Some cul de sacs still have lots of passing traffic but not this one, unless you live there you would not go up there which makes the property even more special.Over the years the owners have vastly improved it and really gone to town on the garden, and have spent a fortune on it. They have even done the driveway, so all you have to do is move in, up pack, unwind, just relax. From the hallway you can get to the kitchen which is in super order. The lounge is just beside it and has direct access to a conservatory which is a little sun trap, however is currenly being used as a dining room which is great because you know have one room to relax in and one room to eat in. From there you can get to that gorgeous peaceful garden. 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom can also be found off the hallway. On the front is a double driveway which can hold a few cars on it and access to the garage where again you can store a car in.

What the Owner says:

We have lived a the property about 6 years. Before this property we only lived up the road in a house and liked the cul de sac so much that we just thought 'why move'. We are only moving now as we want a change of scenery and want to be closer to the coast and enjoy our retirement. Throughout the past few years we have spent a fortune on the garden and have even done the driveway. We have probably spent a bit too much money on it but we never thought we would move again. However buys our property, you will be happy here, we have been and we will thoroughly miss our neighbours, not just either side, but the whole street.
