" Move in as quick as you like because this property has no forward chain. So subject to a correct offer and a good solicitor the sellers are ready, willing and able to move quickly. This 3 bedroom house is in a very quiet cul de sac in Erith right on the doorstep of Barnehurst. So how does it sound having hardly any passing traffic? Downstairs is a light and airy lounge with direct access to the kitchen. No work is required to the kitchen in my opinion. From the lounge there is a delightful view over the rear garden. Upstairs are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 which is a nice sized single which measures over 10ft. The rear has a lovely, well stocked and well maintained garden and my vision sees it as a great place to entertain guests. Now here is a twist for you. It has full planning permission to extend. So if you are a growing family then it could be ideal for you as you can put your own mark on the property. How about an extra bedroom or even a larger lounge? The current plans could be altered subject to the Council casting their eye over them again. This home has wonderful transport links. A short drive gets you on your way to the M25 or even Bluewater and a short walk will get you on your way to London via either Erith, Slade Green or Barnehurst train station.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in the property for about 14 years and there’s a bit of a funny story of how we came across buying it. We were renting it and we liked it that much that we offered the owner at the time the money to buy it and he accepted. Where could we possibly upgrade locally. We live in a lovely cul de sac probably the best around. It has great transport links for everything including the station and motorways so why did we ever want to move. Throughout our time we have vastly improved the property. It is more or less a new build house in a 1960s shell. We are only moving now as we are going deeper into Kent to be closer to family.
