" Right on the borders of Barnehurst/Bexleyheath is this super sized 2 bedroom flat. You will know why it’s super sized upon viewing because each room is well proportioned, spacious, light and airy – especially in the lounge! It is on the first floor and is a purpose built flat. Just a short stroll up the road will get you to Northumberland Heath where there are an array of different shops but most importantly a loaf of bread and a pint of milk are always close by. This will keep commuters nice and fit. It’s not on top of the station and it’s certainly not too far at all with Barnehurst station probably being the closest station. So as just mentioned a brisk walk to and from the station will get the blood flowing, veins pumping and keeping you nice and fit. There is a communal entrance door leading to the property and then stairs to the first floor. Inside is a 17ft lounge which overlooks the rear. Open to the lounge is the kitchen, so when entertaining guests you’ll always be close at hand when walking to and from the kitchen serving drinks and food. Off the hallway are 2 separate bedrooms, a double room and a large single. Also off the hallway is the bathroom. Outside is the small communal garden area and allocated parking space for 1 car. If you are a First Time Buyer then give this fact some thought that you will be exempt from the current stamp duty – therefore, saving you a small fortune.

What the Owner says:

We’ve lived at our property for about 4 years and quite honestly we just want something a little bit larger with some outside space. When viewing this we were First Time Buyers and we were looking at some houses, some maisonettes and some flats. To be totally honest this was probably the largest place we saw. When we walked into the lounge we knew this was for us. It’s a great open space. It was virtually new and ready to move into and we have kept it in that condition. So if you are like us and like low maintenance and want to be close to shops then this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
