" It was the size and instant homely feel that attracted Adam and Chloe to their first home together. Over the last year they have worked tirelessly to create their perfect haven. Redecorating throughout and varnishing the exposed floorboards, ensuring they kept the period cottages charm and homely feel.Being a qualified electrician Adam couldn't resist to add his personal touches with some chiche spotlights in the dining area and kitchen.Chloe with her natural talent took control of the decor incorporating a modern palate of soft neutral colours throughout... and they didn't stop here! They also knocked through from the kitchen into what was an outside w/c creating a modern and very useful downstairs shower room.They kept the en-suite bathroom upstairs which is perfect for those candle lit baths with a glass of wine after a hectic day at work. Front and rear gardens have also had a complete transformation.The rear, now a private retreat, is easier to maintain and perfect for that spot of sunbathing and friends over for a BBQ with a glass of Pimms or ice cold beer. Franks park is just round the corner, perfect for a dog walk, run or somewhere to take the kids.Both Belvedere and Erith train stations are walking distance, along with many other amenities.

When we first saw our house from outside it looked like all the other houses we had seen. However, once inside we instantly fell in love with both its size and homely feel. Intending to stay for many years we have spent much time and money on transforming both the interior and exterior to our perfect home. One of our favourite rooms is the kitchen with its integrated spotlights and large lounge/diner which is perfect for entertaining. The area has exceeded our expectations. The neighbours are absolutely fantastic and it is a really friendly street. We also couldn't believe how conveniently placed everything was with 2 train stations within walking distance and many other amenities.
